I can repro the problem here on a 64-bit Vista
machine.
depends lists 64-bit
modules.
It does list the 32-bit version of XSIFtk_6_0.dll (the one
in Common Files (x86)\Softimage, but Process Monitor shows that XSI loads the
64-bit version from Common Files\Softimage.

over depends.exe)
