Title: motion blur issues
Enable motion blur as you would normally, then set the motion shutter in the mental ray options to zero.

Subject: motion blur issues

I need the Vector_state > motion_vector in the rendertree to control a
shader needwork but it only works when motion blur is turned on. In previous
versions of XSI I remember it was possible to render with motion blur turned
on and shutter speed 0. So the geometry was not blurred at all but all the
motion vector shaders worked.

Is there any trick to do that in XSI? No motionblur but working motion
vector nodes?
The motion vector buffer in XSI has an output even without "motion blur" on.

any hint would be useful

Sebastian
