Hi All,

Just thought you may be interested to know I've made some progress on
mental ray wireframe shading. You can selectively remove wires as
well. Still needs some work as the structure of objects in the mental
ray scene database can vary drastically easily breaking it. Though I
should be able to come up with something generic to handle it. It's
not lightning, but I might be able to get  a little more speed out of
it - though its intrinsically slow.

Here's a test with two subdivisions that comes out to 17280 triangles.
