Subject : merge plotted geometry from particle sim
I have a particle sim I plotted out and applied about 2000 tiny objects to.  I want to merge them into one mesh and plot the shape of that to use as a streamlined version of the 2000 plotted objects.  Merging and plotting works great except for the fact that the visibility of the objects isn't obviously carried over so you get a bunch of geometry sitting there.  Is there any caching tools or anything that might produce a single mesh that increases or decreases in poly count to take the visibility into account?  I basically want a single mesh I can reference with a caching tool like point oven or Kai's point caching tools so I can offset many instances of them.
