Mine has 2GB of Ram, that's been plentiful....but you can never have enough RAM right? 
 
I've done a few renders on the machine, nothing too hectic, and 2GB has always seen it through. I suppose if you go Vista at some int the extra RAM would be useful.  Get an extra Battery though, for word processing you'll get about 2.5 hours, anything using a disk drive repeatedly will halve that easily.

That's good to hear Saf. Think I'll probably go for that one then. BTW,
did you go for the 4 gig of RAM option? Do you reckon it's worth the extra
£310 that they're charging for it?
