Use the -processing flag.
xsibatch essential comes with 4 processing tokens and xsibatch
advanced comes with 8 processing tokens. This means with 1 xsibatch
essential
license you can spawn 4 "xsibatch -export -processing" jobs and still
have a 1 token left for rendering.
On our renderfarm we create 2 tasks when rendering with MI files.
The first rendertasks exports MI files. We usually split up MI
exporting across 10-20 machines. Based on the length of the shot to
minimize scene loadtime. But always export 1 MI per frame.
The second task is depended on completion of tasks 1. This task
renders the MI files 1 render node per frame.
