It is a pain in the ass and I dread the day when I have to explain to
all the "Maya Guys" why XSI, the better choice, requires a license
for "non-interactive" processing.
I've already gone through the ringer trying to explain why XSIBatch
and MR Standalone "sometimes" produce different results.
This also brings up a question regarding 3rd party renderer's. Will I
need an XSIBatch license to export RIB files, or when using an
alternative embedded renderer?
