i also did not have managed to get vue 6.5 xstream to work with xsi 6.5.

bernard, could you tell us if you have got a full vue 6.5 xstream install sent
by e-eonsoftware or was it a full version where you have to update vue itself
by patches in the download area after the full install?

and...did you install the xsi plugin from their download site or was it integrated with the new sent installer?

I dont think it's because they're french, but rather it's probably
because they're Z-up.  :)

Actually last week I started poking around in to their python support,
and while somewhat limited it seems you might be able to do some
interesting things in the way of import/export and maybe bypass the
whole Xstream thing.

The Z-up factor is a bit annoying though.
