basic stuff really.

  - it would be nice if it created 1 object while keeping the correct materials,mapping.

   -ranges for rotation, scale, translation

  - different distribution methods (face center, vertices, edge centers, even distribution, random, volume)

  - base scale

  - animation offset

Kim,

    Perhaps a nice scattering tool would fit nicely in this upcoming package:)  Mind Think 3.0 tools

had a decent one but never worked past version 4.
