Not from what I've seen Kim.  If you paint a weight map you don't really know what's going to happen until you use a push deformer, but with Artisan and it's happening in real time as though you were sculpting a real blob of clay.  Not as slick as Mudbox or Zbrush but at least with Artisan its in the main 3D app, with no export or import required.
