Would be great if you could post these for the public.  Wouldn't mind having a 64bit version of D3 especially since Bartek has been MIA since 2003 I think.

You're probably aware of this, but I got bit by it at least once: make
sure you don't compile in debug mode while trying to make the shader
work on a user workstation.
