Oscar,
On a simple test I was able to convert NTSC to PAL in frames, but found that fcurve editor was left in state of malfunction, showing different frame than timeline. Refresh or reopen wouldn't help, fcurve was also shown incorrect. Support was not able to repro in windows. What is your platform?

I've just been blocking a scene, walks in 16's. Figured forgot to make the
render settings before animating, well how come I forgot that, umph,
reverse order :). Next I'd like to change playback frame rate to 25fps
from default 29,97fps. Nice, 2 options Frames(fcurves scaled to
compensate) ofcourse, but animation jumped anyway and the behavior is just
the same no matter what I choose 17 frames scales to ~13 and jumps in
frames. Please tell me I forgot something?
