Oscar,
On a simple test I was able to convert NTSC to PAL in frames, but found
that fcurve editor was left in state of malfunction, showing different
frame than timeline. Refresh or reopen wouldn't help, fcurve was also
shown incorrect. Support was not able to repro in windows. What is your
platform?
