Congrats on the move Brad, best of luck there. 

I may as well jump on the pile too with a job change, I'm starting at a small shop(www.editatjoes.com) here in Charlotte this week. I'm hoping to set things up to be able to take on contract jobs through the new place so everyone keep me in mind if you need any help on a project.
