You might be thinking of Greg and Andy over at Zoogloo (http://www.zoogloo.net/zoowhat.html). I'd worked with both of them at ILM and they really know their stuff.

Sorry for the poaching here on the list but I thought I had heard of some guys starting a company doing purely rigging and character setup..anyone know anything about that?
