this one just caught my eye...
hit them with the stupid no-button mac mouse.
leave their invoices unpaid untill they uninstalled the crap.
failing this, do some housecleaning yourself.
even if this doesnt solve your specific problem - it wouldnt hurt.
concerning your issue, did you freeze modelling on the text objects? I would
surely recommend to do so.
