Hi,
thanks for looking.
I wanted to be able to add the filename info a lot images
so I could check them en masse and know where they came
from.
I Also wanted to add information that may be held in
annotations within the passes which is why I wanted to run it from within XSI
rather than step outside to after effects or something
similar.
After effects likes to truncate the names of clips
anyway.
I found this program which has handy command line
functions for manipulating images
(including annotate and text functions), and is open source.
May be useful to some.
Adam.
Sorry I can't find it :( it was a architecture french company and unfortunaly I dindn't bookmark it, they had some good plugin stuff
