Perhaps this has changed in recent release so disregard if what I say
is incorrect, but I assume this is because the mi export is not
available as a standalone tool, and thus, requires a xsibatch-enabled
license at least to use it.
I fully agree that either a standalone export tool or the possibily to
run a -exportmi-ish kind of system command without the need to use a
license token would be really, really, really nice.
