Subject : Accessing XSI from external scripts

Hello,

I've been enjoying accessing other programs like Excel & Photoshop from XSI.

Wondered how easy it is to access XSI from other scripts in a similar way and if there are soe examples floating around. It would be nice to be able to run Global alterations across a number of scenes automatically rather than having to manually open each scene.

Probably need to rtfm, but pointers would be good.
