I have had problems before with either Motionblur causing vertices to be radically offest, and also weighting on verts to be less than 100% -

It was an insect, the head (rig-contraint) is gone to somewhere else and the last elements of the tail are deformed to these large "bat-wings"...

Did anybody had such a problem before?
