Finally, finally I do it using an key-event and a property.

Reasons: I like ref models, but this way the property "dont-erase" is in the model and not in how-the-model-is-loaded (normal or ref model)

 

I don't knew the lock/topology way, thanks for the tip. But I don't like the error messages that show, is not ellegant ;-) . Other problem is this method lock another properties.
