I've been looking for the tiny thickness tool as well which would have helped on a project I've been working on over the past two weeks and was ready to buy it. The curve extrude tool also looks really interesting. So, I'd be happy to see the tiny thickness tool revived either on its own or as a bundle with the curve extrude tool.

Well yes, that would be ideal but I wasn't sure if that was possible.  I would rather have something that doesn't break my textures/UVs than something that won't work with textures/UVs at all because the tool doesn't jive with XSI's core limits.  I'm sure you could implement an option to keep topology locked faster than Softimge will re-write XSI's UV tools :-)
