Decimal points don't work to input decimals in XSI for my friend

Hey guys,

I've a Spanish friend who is having this issue and I'm asking for
him... for me and everyone else I know, we can input decimals into the
SRTs like ".5" and it's "0.5" and so on, but for him, it only works
with commas. He'd prefer to use periods instead, but can't figure out
why XSI isn't interpreting them properly.

I'm pretty sure he is on a Spanish version of Windows XP, if that
counts. Could it be something to do with regional settings or
somewhere around those lines? Anybody know?
