Gotta love answering your own questions.....

Anyway, I tried that and had some luck. I had a fatty-looking cilinder
and I got it to bend and jiggle simultaneously, however, it only
jiggles based on motion from its parent, not the bones, so I wonder if
you guys know any workarounds to have it react to bone animation
instead of only when the parent object is moving?
