Yeah that's nasty... This kind of UI bug are becoming more frequent in XSI...
Now I'm afraid to rename objects, will do just on the PPG!

Yes when you know to reboot instantly, otherwise I remember it was nasty
feeling when it first came.

I get it usually quite soon, like while rigging I have to restart xsi many
times per day. While animating it doesn't affect at all, naturally.
