You cannot get Python to work in 64-bit XSI on 64-bit Vista anyway.
For the Licensing, just make sure that the Lic Mgr always runs as
Administrator.

You can't use Python in both versions. pywin32 can only be installed
once on Windows so you can't have the 32bit and the 64bit flavors at the
same time.
