Hi Andy,

The few I tried in the past were Muster and RenderQ and when
BatchServe was online I looked into it but didn't have time to set it
up.

It's a shame the majority of these render managers out there aren't
webserver based, done in something popular like PHP with MySQL on
Apache, with easily-portable/compilable tiny clients.

Surely if it was webserver-based, at least it'd be easy to get the
server up and running regardless of the host OS, and if the client was
tiny it'd make it easy to port to various OS's with little effort.
