Damn, the number of times I've had this and spent god alone knows how long
to find where the setting is. And each time, can I find it? Can I buggery.
It's some kind of playback or scrub option, it's set that way by default,
it's actually slower because there's a huge pause before zoom/pan starts,
once again I can't find where the damn thing is. Annoying, isn't it.
