Yeah I tried that, works for snowboarding, but I could go either way with that. In fact what I found is that I chose the left instead of right, with other things it's my right.

Interesting how it's not as prevalent with my hands though. I am right HANDED, my feets have a mind of their own.

To
determine
foot
dominance:

1)
stand
with
your
feet
together,
arms
at
rest
by
your
sides,
and
look
straight
ahead
at
eye
level.
2)
Ask
a
friend
to
quietly
come
from
behind
and
shove
you
in
the
back
exactly
*straight
ahead*
when
you
don't
expect
it.
3)
the
foot
you
step
forward
with
to
break
your
fall
is
your
dominant
foot.

Repeat
test
3
times
because
if
your
friend
pushes
slightly
to
one
side,
you'll
obviously
use
that
leg
to
break
your
fall.

The
most
important
part
of
the
test
is
to
not
brace
yourself
in
anticipation
or
pre-plan
how
you'll
break
your
fall.
Just
let
him
push,
and
you
react.

This
test
is
often
used
in
Track
n'
Field
for
those
wanting
to
learn
how
to
hurdle
or
long
jump.
