There are some strange stuff in there
It was also not working without the UI, so I did a clean boot, I ran xsi via the task manager and it worked!
I rebooted with a normal boot, all the services are there, xsi32bit is working(good!) but i lost my desktop(explorer.exe is running)
any idea?

Thanks
Ahmidou.

Hi Ahmidou

Can you check the SPM server log to verify that that 6.5 32-bit is getting a license before it crashes?
You'll see OUT and IN entries for the license.

If XSI is getting a license, then check whether XSI can run without its UI:

Also, you may want to clean boot, and maybe use something like Process Explorer to make sure nothing extra, eg Kaspersky, is running, in case it is a conflict.

In the NOD case, we did a clean boot, but something was still running and blocking XSI.

Hi
We have 2 new workstations, our first 64bit ones, they 're bi xeons (2*4cores) with XP64, 4gig of ram
I have a character with bump but when i'm rendering with FG I have some tiles where there is no bump.
I'm suspecting that some cores are missing something.
Is it a knew bug?any workaround?

Thanks
Ahmidou.
