You can turn off undo/redo by Setting the Undo Level Preference to 0.
 
SetValue "preferences.General.undo", 0
Delete your objects then set the preference back to its original value.

I remember talking about this a while back, I couldnt find the thread or an answer.

 

Can you delete objects in XSI without needing it to prepare for an '"undelete"? It can take 2 mins + with some heavy scenes..
