If your Shutter and Delay are both on 0, I'm not so sure setting your sampling contrast would have an effect on the RSMB? Not sure though, i don't normally do it and it seems to be ok :)

don't you also need to set the sampling contrast in the renderer MB options
to 0,0,0,0 too?
