Subject : 6.5 Region Capture w/Rotoscope Bug?

Heya all,

Looking to see if this is known bug or user error.

I have an animation, that I wanted to capture with a region open.
However, apparently, when I have a Rotoscope ( in this case a still frame ), the region will not capture?

Anyone else run into this?
It seems so elementary, that I can't believe it wouldn't have been reported already if it is indeed a bug.

So I'm hoping it's just user error.

Please advise.
