Hey,
Thanks again for these tips.
It turns out that my problem was more fundamental: there were some dodgy multi-dimensional arrays (Jscript) that I was using to store polygon and transform data. I had negelected to reset them all to zero length upon restarting the simulation. It's working fine now.
Nonetheless, I also made the effort to implement my SCOP using CreateScriptedOpFromFile, so that I could easily and correctly tag my parameters.
Thanks again!
Ciaran
