Hey guys,

Yes, I know you can make an OnNewScene (or something like that) script
event and have it changed for you, but as a kind request for the new
version, who thinks maybe the antialiasing algorithm default should be
something other than Gauss?

Gauss just seems to lose so much detail. Lanczos is lovely and sharp
for stills, but Mitchell seems the best when it comes to animated
stuff. Gauss is just.. uhh.. blurry.

I'm just saying cause I keep seeing friends of mine who are getting
into XSI and they're all "wahh.. why does my high-res texture look so
blurry and low quality?? i have pixels to spare!" and it tends to be
for that reason. Maybe we could have this changed for v7?

What do you guys think? Is Gauss truly xa worthy default?
