Not to shoot anyone down, but I'd recommend keeping your hosting and
your domain names to separate companies.
IF for whatever reason, you end up hating your host, you always have
ownership of your domain and switching is as easy as changing your
nameservers, but if your webhosting company has it, then they can
sometimes put the foot down. (Always read the fine print and/or ask
about their cancellation policies.)
I was on another host before (that was good for a while but then got a
little crappy after a few years) and I very easily made the switch to
another host without having to deal with anyone.
