Yep, as Luc pointed out, one option is to get a PaintClip in the
FXtree and plug that together with a frame sequence using an Over or
Math Composite node, then FileOutput that to a quicktime or whatever
you like.
The one disadvantage is you can't shift a doodle from a frame to
another in a comfortable/easy way, or have a doodle span over multiple
frames without manually copying and pasting the image data.
But it's something, right?
