Feature speaking, squash and stretch, dynamic parenting and ik/fk match and you cannot do backflip animation with this rig (just try, maybe it's just me).
I's pretty good rig, but rather generic and as was said before, dated.
I do use some parts of CDK tho, it's very handy.
