many can't change. we couldn't handle a studio wide transition... we would loose all our artists and it would be serious growing pains.

Is it like "3dsmax artists don't wanna use it" or like "there's no XSI artists to hire"?
a month ago I convinced a 3dsmax friend to try XSI and now he is laughing of this 2009 release. Hope eventually more users will come to XSI land... :)
