MOTOR: "Clamp" never does anything?

Subject : MOTOR: "Clamp" never does anything?

Hey guys,

Quick question to anyone who's been playing with MOTOR: Does "Clamp"
do anything for you? I looked at the manual and roughly grasped what
it does, however it seems regardless of what settings I touch, I never
see any change in my motion.

I've tried it many times. Perhaps I'm missing something obvious here,
or is the feature a little buggy?

Any help appreciated.
