Subject : Simple particle question
Ok I'm trying to do something really simple, but for the life of me I can't quite figure out how to get it to happen. I have a particle animation that I'm happy with ( happy with colour and all) All I want to do is change the shape of the particle to a sprite that I've made up in PS. By that I mean have the colour be determined by the particle type but the shape by the sprite image. I just can't seem to get this to happen. The sprite constantly over rides the colour of the particle. Even when I un-check the 'From Sprite' option in the Output color of the particle sprite node. I must be missing something really obvious as I'm sure that I must have done this at some point in the past.

My sprite image is not part of a sequence and is black and white.

Any ideas?
