Subject : addon not being seen

Hi, We have a new workstation we're using for rendering, but it's not seeing the Thickness addon that's been installed. This is 6.5 on xp. Any ideas? It's been re-installed and still no luck. It has the same problem when running inside XSI or from a batch script. Bit desperate as we have tons of rendering to do. Cheers
