BTW, it's not Kims Tiny Thickness, but material shader Thickness.

can u try downloading Dependancy Walker (http://www.dependencywalker.com/) and run it on thickness.dll? it will tell you which dll's that are required by thickness.dll are missing from that workstation.

Any ideas? It's been re-installed and still no luck. It has the same problem when running inside XSI or from a batch script.
Bit desperate as we have tons of rendering to do.
