The TinyThickness addon on your site gives me this, not sure that's the location of the latest combined addon you're talking about though.
On XSI 6.5 32 bits it works fine
On XSI 6.5 64bits I get that error message
ERROR : 2228 - Unable to locate the initialization entry point named "TinyThickness_Init" in "D:\XSI_WORKGROUP\Addons\TinyThickness\Application\bin\nt-x86\TinyThickness.dll" library for "TinyThickness" operator addon. Operator will be muted.
