Search the workgroup for any .js/.py/.vbs files with the string RefreshCustomPreferences.

For compiled plugins you may have to resort to removing and then reloading the dlls.

I've been getting this a lot lately too.  So Steve, you are 
saying that a plugin/script installed in the workgroup is doing this.  Is 
there anyway to track down which one without deleting them one by 
one?

ps: it started happening after I tried some usernormal editor addon,
and then after I uninstalled it, it made some other "not found" errors
happen, even though everything loads and works fine. odd.
